High School Summer Programs

The PEAK summer programs introduce high school juniors and seniors to a community of learners and explorers. Students will spend some hours each day studying the Great Books, some hours in outdoor recreation unique to our college, and some time resting in prayer and the sacraments. Outdoor activities include horseback riding, rock-climbing, rappelling, and a 4-day backpacking trip. All ability levels are welcome!

Next year’s programs will run from June 22-July 6 and from July 7-21. Check back soon for course details. In the meantime, feel free to fill out an application form (below). Please NOTE: The “Term” section below indicates “PEAK 1” (June 22-July 6) and “PEAK 2” (July 7-21); please select the appropriate program you wish to attend.

Once you have submitted your preliminary contact information, you will be taken to the application page. You will also be emailed a link to your application, allowing you to exit and re-enter the application as needed. Please fill out the application form in its entirety and submit in addition to:

  • High school transcripts
  • Vaccination records (or request a vaccination waiver from the Admissions Office)

The cost of the program, covering tuition, room & board, reading materials, and all technical and group gear for the outdoor activities is $995. Once admitted, a $100 deposit will be required to hold your place in the program. The remaining balance will be due no later than June 15th, 2019.
